How to delete contact images

iOS Devices

To remove a ProPix image from a contact on a device running iOS, you simply need to go to your contacts, either in your Phone App or Contacts App. Select the contact in question to open it, and then select ‘Edit‘.

In Edit mode, tap on the image to edit, and then on the image again for more options.

Choose ‘Delete‘ and the image will be removed. Remember to save the contact by tapping ‘Done‘. You can repeat this process for any other images you want to delete, or overwrite them with a new PixPack from the ProPix App.

Android Devices

To remove a ProPix image from a contact on a device running Android, you simply need to go to your contacts by launching your Phone App or Contacts App. Select the contact in question to open it, and then select ‘Edit‘.

In Edit mode, tap on the image to edit, and then delete the image from the contact. Remember to save changes to the contact.

Occasionally, on some devices, the image doesn’t immediately disappear. If this happens, tap on the 3 dots in the top right, and select ‘remove linked contacts‘. Then, unlink any third-party linked contacts with images remaining.

In some rare circumstances, this will leave you with two contacts, as they have been unlinked. You can now delete the one with the image.

You can repeat this process for any other images you want to delete, or overwrite them with a new PixPack from the ProPix App.
